The same values that it wants to convey through sports and activities dedicated to the passion for motorsports. For this reason, during 2023, it supported and promoted teams and events that represented a fundamental part of Lavor's mission:

In this article, therefore, we will cover an entire year of sport with Lavor, discovering all our sponsorships.
Motorcycle passion
Lavor is a Premium Partner and Official Cleaning Technologies Supplier of the Honda LCR MotoGP team, which has been active for 28 years and has confirmed its presence in the premier class of the world championship until 2026. In 1996, the former motorcycle rider Lucio Cecchinello founded the team, giving it his own name. When he retired, he chose to remain in the world championship as a sports manager.
With over 500 races in the different classes, the LCR Team has deployed among the most talented drivers in the world such as Nobby Ueda, Alex De Angelis, Mattia Pasini, Randy De Puniet, Roberto Locatelli, Carlos Checa, Casey Stoner, Stefan Bradl, Jack Miller, Cal Crutchlow and many others.
In more than 20 years of competition, after 9 seasons in the 125cc category and 5 in the 250cc category, LCR has been involved in MotoGP since 2006 with the official support of Honda Racing Corporation. In 2023, for the fifth consecutive season, Lavor confirmed itself as a Premium Partner and official supplier of products for the team's cleaning, honoured to have the driver Alex Rins as brand ambassador.
Among this year’s many satisfactions, it was an immense pleasure to see Rins celebrate his hundredth podium for LCR Hondain Austin. In addition to the track, LCR Tech Division has also "triumphed" in the paddock and in the headquarters, choosing Lavor products to keep vehicles and work environments clean. With the conclusion of this sporting season, the collaboration between Lavor and LCR has also come to an end, and we take this opportunity to thank Lucio Cecchinello and wish him and his entire team the best for the future.
In the desert with the Dakar
From asphalt to sand: as with its products, Lavor exalts itself on every "terrain" even in sport and from the slopes it passes to the desert of Saudi Arabia with ease. In 2023, in fact, it was a sponsor of the Desert Endurance Motorsport Team engaged in the Dakar Classic.
This all-Italian team participated, at the beginning of the year, in the historic off-road competition with 2 Iveco Musone trucks and 10 crews aboard an indestructible Fiat Panda and an equally tough Fiat Campagnola; the first to arrive with all four vehicles at the end of the race in the Arabian desert!
From MotoGP to historic cars
Lavor's passion for engines does not stop at modern cars but "returns" to the myths of the past.
In September, in fact, we were sponsors of the fifteenth edition of the prestigious Coppa Franco Mazzotti, a Superclassical regularity race dedicated to classic cars that celebrates one of the founders of the historic Mille Miglia, Count franco Mazzotti, on a route from Sirmione to the Military Aerobase of Ghedi.
And precisely for the Mille Miglia, as already happened in the last five years in which it was listed as a Passion Sponsor, for 2024 Lavor is preparing to return to support what is called "the most beautiful race in the world".
Riding in the Apennines
From engines to pedals, from dunes to mountains, Lavor was proud in 2023 to also support the Apennine MTB Stage Race, a mountain bike race in stages along the Apennine ridge between Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany.
As Supplier Sponsor, Lavor contributed with the bike washing service, supporting the participants during the competition for the cleaning of the bikes that, at the end of the stage, were literally covered with mud and dirt. In addition, we also offered an incredible prize to the winner of the race: a fantastic high pressure cleaner.
An even more sporty 2024 for Lavor
Closing an exceptional 2023, Lavor is preparing for an even richer 2024 of sports. We have already started by confirming our participation alongside the Desert Endurance Motorsport Team which, at the beginning of December, embarked its vehicles for Barcelona, a meeting point for the European crews departing for the Dakar Classic 2024 which, on New Year's Day, will also start in Saudi Arabia, on a route of over 5000 kilometres.
The team will be competing with an Iveco 80/17 truck and a Toyota LJ70 and Lavor will be ready to support it as a Gold Sponsor.
In September, on the other hand, two events await us, the new edition of the Apennines and the Red Bull Abestone: after the suspension in 2024, the fantastic motorcycle race in Barga, Tuscany, returns next year and will be the sixth round of the 2024 Hard Enduro World Championship.
Also there, Lavor will support extreme motorcyclists from all over the world with a large stand dedicated to washing motorcycles, to quickly clean wheels, steering, brakes, frame and mudguard from dust and sludge and immediately return to the race between rocks and dirt roads.
